CHS Code of Practice for Living+

Code of practiceUnited Welsh’s Living+ team have been recognised for their hard work in delivering outstanding services to our Living+ tenants having achieved the code of practice from the Centre of Housing and Support. The accreditation requires a significant amount of work to prove we are reaching high standards in housing related support.

The Code of Practice is an externally assessed “kite-mark” accreditation specifically designed for support services.

The aim of the Code is to ensure that services delivered to vulnerable people meet the standards and quality expected, and to provide organisations with the opportunity to benchmark their services against nationally recognised service standards.

It is also a key principle of the Code to ensure that the customers themselves are an integral part of the services they receive, both in their development and delivery.
